As the game continues to evolve, so have we, and we're excited to launch our first GRP Girls Program. We will be running two groups broken up by age and teams.

This program is designed for elite- level hockey players. It incorporates extensive programming in the following categories:

Summer Sessions

6 Weeks (July 7 - August 15)

4 Days per Week

- Four (4) Off-Ice Training Sessions per week

- Two (2) On-Ice sessions per week

ON-ICE PROGRAMMING

Developing the physical capabilities to play the game at the elite level is only one piece of the puzzle. Players also need to understand the Technical and Tactical aspects of the game, which they develop by working on their craft.

RYAN GARDNER

Coach Gards brings an exceptional coaching pedigree from his successful playing career in the Swiss National League, where he became a championship-winning forward.

CODY HODGSON

Coach Cody brings elite-level experience to his role as an on-ice coach, having played in the NHL and represented Canada on the international stage. Known for his high hockey IQ and attention to detail.

Nutritional Support

Athletes receive personalized nutrition recommendations, education on sports nutrition, and guidance from our certified nutrition team.

Key elements include performance-focused meal preparation, recovery optimization, and hydration strategies to support energy, endurance, and long-term health.

Recovery & Sports Therapy

All summer athletes receive two (2) treatment sessions throughout the summer with our sports therapy team.

This is an integral part of the performance process and one we take seriously. In addition to the treatment sessions, we will provide any players who require it with a custom at-home rehab program.

Mental Preparation

To achieve Consistent Elite Performance, you need the mental skills required to get into the ZONE. That’s why we’ve partnered with CEP to help provide you with a mental coach you can trust.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Where is the gym located?

We're located at 650 Edward Ave in Richmond Hill (Yonge & Elgin Mills) but moving to 9600 Bathurst St (Maple, ON) in May 2025.

Question 2: What if we can't make the whole off-season?

Priority is given to athletes who are able to attend the entire summer program (July/August) but if we have space in the program we're happy to have you join for a shorter segment.

Question 3: What if my child has an injury?

No problem. We work with dozens of clients each year that are coming back from injuries or dealing with a nagging issue.
